The film you choose
IRX ceramic rejects about 60% of infrared energy against 22% for dyed ATC (LLumar's spec sheet), and IRX and AIR are quoted on top of the starting price.
How much glass the car has
The packages above cover the common shapes. Vans, extra-long wagons and unusual rear glass are quoted from the car.
Doing it all in one visit
Rear glass and fronts booked together usually come in under the two list prices added up. Ask for the bundle price.
Old tint that has to come off
Removing failed or purple film is its own service, priced by the amount of glass and how the old adhesive lets go.

01Are these the final prices?
They're starting prices for LLumar ATC charcoal dyed film on the vehicle shapes shown. The final number depends on your exact year, make and model, the film you choose, and whether old tint has to come off first. Send us the vehicle and we'll confirm the price before you book.
02How much more is ceramic film?
IRX and AIR nano ceramic are quoted per package on top of the starting price. Tell us the vehicle and which windows and we'll give you both numbers, dyed and ceramic, so you can compare.
03Can I do the rear glass now and the fronts later?
Yes. Each package stands on its own, and when you come back for the fronts we match the shade and film to what's already on the car. Doing all the glass in one visit usually costs less than the two list prices added together, so if you're deciding, ask for the bundle price.
04Do the prices include removing old tint?
No. Tint removal is a separate service, priced by how much glass there is and how the old film comes off. Book it in the same visit and the new film goes on the same day.
05Is it legal to tint the front windows in BC?
No. Section 7.05(8) of BC's Motor Vehicle Act Regulations allows no film on the driver's and front passenger's windows, at any shade, and only the top 75 mm of the windshield. Windows behind the driver can be any shade if the vehicle has a mirror on each side. We install front glass on request and explain the risk first: a $109 ticket or a Notice & Order to remove it.
06How long is the car at the shop for a tint?
Most cars are in and out the same day. A full tint on a sedan or SUV typically takes two to four hours; complex rear glass, older tint that needs removing, or vans with lots of glass take longer. We'll give you a time when you book.
