How is a Wrangler ceramic coating priced and packaged?
It’s quoted per Jeep, based on the package and on what the paint inspection turns up. There’s no list price, because the correction underneath can range from none to two stages or more.
| Package | Layers and preparation | Surfaces coated |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | One layer | Paint |
| Performance | Two layers over a two-stage correction | Paint, wheel faces, glass |
| Signature | Four layers over full correction | Paint, PPF, wheels, glass, trim |
Size comes into it. Jeep’s 2026 Canadian specifications put a two-door at 4,237 mm long and a four-door at 4,785 mm, both measured with the spare tire, and 1,868 mm tall, so a four-door has a lot of upright panel to correct. Paint thickness is measured before any machine touches it, and the correction stage is what separates the packages on price.
Which paint colours does Jeep sell on the Wrangler?
A long, changing list. The 2026 Canadian press kit names Anvil, Black, Bright White, Firecracker Red, Granite Crystal, Hydro Blue, Mojito!, ’41 and Reign, with Goldilocks, Joose, Earl Grey and Tuscadero arriving late, several of them as limited-edition colours. Jeep Canada’s configurator prices Granite Crystal as a metallic and Tuscadero as a pearl.
Dark and metallic colours show wash marring most, which is where a two-stage correction under the Performance package makes a visible difference. Tell the shop your exact colour name and whether the hardtop is body colour, because on those Jeeps the top is painted too and gets the same treatment.
What about the Wrangler’s black plastic and steel trim?
There’s plenty of it, and it ages differently from paint. Jeep’s 2026 feature list shows how much depends on trim:
- Mirrors: mold-in colour on every 2026 trim, so there are no painted caps.
- Fender flares: black one-piece on the Sport and Sport S; two-piece flares in body colour over a black lower section on the Sahara and Moab 392.
- Grille: since 2024, black textured slots inside a body-colour surround on most trims, according to Jeep’s 2024 Canadian press kit.
- Rock rails: black-painted steel on the Rubicon and Moab 392.
- Hardtop: black or body colour, chosen when the Jeep is ordered.
Trim is coated in the Signature package. On Essential and Performance, name the pieces you want done so the quote includes them. Wheels can be added on their own; ceramic coating for wheels explains the add-on.
Does a coating help a Wrangler through a Langley winter?
It makes the rinsing easier, which is most of the battle. The City of Langley has its winter crews brine the priority routes and put down salt, sometimes blended with sand, and a coated surface lets that residue rinse off instead of clinging to the clear coat.
It doesn’t reach the places salt does its worst work, underneath the Jeep, and it doesn’t stop chips. Whether ceramic coating protects against road salt goes into the limits. If the hood and flares take stone hits, film them first and coat afterwards; Wrangler PPF has the packages.
How do you book a Wrangler coating in Langley?
Send the year, trim, colour name, top and a few daylight photos of the paint using the quote form for ceramic coating, or phone 604 534 6433. Mention any PPF already on the Jeep, since Signature coats over it.
The Jeep is in the shop for one to three days; the package and the amount of correction set where in that range it lands. Keep it dry for 24 hours after pickup, then wash by hand or in a touchless bay; brush washes undo the work the correction did.
