A Ford Bronco Sport's paint can wear LLumar Platinum from $850, the Partial Front price. What does PPF cost on a Bronco Sport?

LLumar Platinum on a Bronco Sport starts at $850 and runs to $4,000 for film over all the paint. Each figure is a starting price; the shop sets your number once it has seen the trim and the paint.

Package Bronco Sport coverage From
Partial Front Bumper paint, a front band across hood and fenders, lamps, mirror shells $850
Full Front The whole hood and both fenders, painted bumper areas, headlights, mirrors $1,550
Track Package Full Front, then the pillars, a roof strip and the sills $1,900
Full Vehicle All painted surfaces and the headlights $4,000

The film is LLumar’s self-healing Platinum, cut by software for the truck and wrapped around edges where the panel allows. Its limited warranty from LLumar lasts 10 years, and the shop’s list of what it answers for reads yellowing, cracking, bubbling and peeling. Matte film is offered on every package too, priced on your quote, if you’d like the paint turned satin.

Where does Ford say a Bronco Sport’s paint can chip?

At the back corners of the hood, beside the windshield pillars. Ford’s SSM 49630, for 2021 Bronco Sports built between October 1 and December 31, 2020, fixes a highway whistle by moving the hood rearward. Its alignment note keeps the hood-to-fender gap at the base of the A-pillar at no less than 2.5 mm “to avoid paint chips”, and sets about 6 mm of offset between the top of the grille and the hood’s leading edge.

So Ford is watching two edges of the same panel: the hood’s leading edge where it meets the grille, and its rear corners where they meet the fenders at the pillar. Partial Front reaches the first; Full Front covers the whole hood, both edges included. The Track Package adds the pillars themselves, which suits a truck that sees gravel. More on what film does and doesn’t stop is in does PPF stop rock chips.

How do the Bronco Sport trims differ at the front?

In how much of the nose is paint. Ford Canada’s 2026 lineup gives each trim its own grille and, on the Badlands, steel:

2026 trim Front-end details Ford lists
Big Bend Carbonized Grey grille, white BRONCO lettering, Big Bend fender badges; Black Diamond Off-Road Package with steel skid plates available
Heritage Oxford White grille with red BRONCO lettering, Heritage fender badges and script
Outer Banks Black-painted grille with BRONCO lettering in white, Outer Banks fender badges
Badlands Steel-plated front bumper and underbody protection, steel bash plates, two front D-ring recovery hooks

Film goes on paint, so on a Badlands the steel plating takes itself out of the pattern and the recovery hooks are cut around. Fender badges either stay put with the film cut around them or come off and go back on, depending on how they’re fixed. Tell the shop your trim and any accessory such as a bull bar or skid plate you’ve added.

What else on a Bronco Sport is painted?

The rear parking sensors and, on most trims, a contrasting roof. Ford’s SSM 51576, for some 2023 trucks, replaces faulty inner and outer rear parking sensors and paints them to match. If you’re choosing Full Vehicle, say whether your truck has rear sensors so the rear bumper pattern allows for them.

The 2026 roof is painted body colour on the Big Bend, Oxford White on the Heritage and Shadow Black on the Outer Banks and Badlands. Four Bronco Sport colours cost extra on Ford Canada’s site: the Azure Grey and Orange Fury tri-coats, Ruby Red with its tinted clearcoat, and Robin’s Egg Blue. A chip on one of those marks a finish you paid more for.

How do you book Bronco Sport PPF in Langley?

Give the shop your Bronco Sport’s year, trim and colour, the package you’re leaning to, and any skid plates or bar you’ve bolted on. Your Bronco Sport’s paint is then checked, cleaned of contamination and corrected where it needs it before the days are booked.

Hold the first wash for a week. After that, stick to a hand wash or a touchless bay, skip brushes, and angle the pressure wand away from every film edge. Questions about ford Bronco Sport PPF

01Which PPF package suits a Bronco Sport used on forest service roads?

Full Front at least, so the whole hood and both fenders are covered, and the Track Package if you want the windshield pillars and the rockers behind the front wheels too. Partial Front leaves the rear part of the hood bare.

02Does a Badlands need less film because of its steel bumper?

The steel-plated bumper isn't paint, so it isn't filmed. The package is still a starting price, set once the shop sees how much painted surface surrounds the steel.

03Does the painted roof get film?

Part of it falls inside the Track Package and all of it inside Full Vehicle. On trims with a contrasting Oxford White or Shadow Black roof, that paint is protected the same way as the body.

04How long does a Bronco Sport stay at the shop for PPF?

Partial Front is a one-day visit; Full Front or Track keeps the Bronco Sport here a day or two; every panel takes three to five days. Paint correction, when it's needed, comes before that and adds to it.
