GMC Yukon PPF in Langley, BC

At a glance

PPF on a GMC Yukon starts from the shop's LLumar Platinum package prices, $850 Partial Front through $4,000 Full Vehicle, and a full-size Yukon is priced from the vehicle itself. The trim sets the front end: GMC Canada gives the 2026 AT4 and AT4 Ultimate a high-approach-angle fascia with a front skid plate and red recovery hooks, while the Denali Ultimate wears Vader Chrome accents and grille.

Which Yukon PPF package makes sense?

That depends on how far back you want protection, and every package scales up on a body this large. The four LLumar Platinum packages and what they mean on a Yukon:

Package From Standard coverage Applied to a Yukon
Partial Front $850 Full bumper, partial hood and fenders, headlights, mirrors The fascia around the grille, the hood’s front section, LED headlamps, mirrors
Full Front $1,550 Full hood, fenders and bumper, headlights, mirrors The whole hood and both front fenders to the doors
Track Package $1,900 Full Front plus partial roof, A-pillars, rockers Adds the rockers beneath all four doors and the A-pillars
Full Vehicle $4,000 All painted surfaces, headlights Every painted panel, liftgate and roof included

The film’s top coat heals light swirls with heat, and it comes in gloss or matte. Its 10-year limited warranty is LLumar’s; in the shop’s own published wording it covers yellowing, cracking, bubbling and peeling. Final prices follow the size, the panel shapes and how much correction the paint needs.

How do the Yukon trims differ up front?

Enough that each one is quoted from its own nose. GMC Canada’s AT4, Denali and Elevation pages describe them this way for 2026:

Trim Front end and steps
Elevation Standard fascia, 20-inch Satin Graphite wheels, assist steps
AT4 High approach angle with front skid plate and red recovery hooks, all-terrain tires, assist steps
AT4 Ultimate The AT4 front end with power-retractable assist steps
Denali Chrome accents and grille, assist steps
Denali Ultimate Vader Chrome accents and grille, power-retractable assist steps with perimeter lighting

The skid plate, hooks and chrome pieces aren’t painted panels, and the quote is built around them. Say which trim you have, and add any accessory bars or bumpers.

What’s built into a Yukon’s front fascia?

Shutters, cameras and, on the top trims, a thermal camera. The 2026 Yukon comparison lists upper active aero shutters as standard on every trim, set into the fascia, with a lower set added as an option on the Elevation, Denali and Denali Ultimate. HD Surround Vision and LED fog lamps come on every trim.

Night Vision is the unusual one. It’s available on the AT4 Ultimate and Denali Ultimate, and GMC Canada’s Yukon page says it shows a thermal image of what’s beyond the headlamps and alerts the driver to pedestrians or large animals ahead. If your Yukon has it, tell the shop, so the pattern is checked against everything mounted at the front.

Is the Track Package worth it on a Yukon?

If the Yukon does a lot of highway or gravel kilometres, it’s the package that reaches the rockers. GMC lists the 2026 Yukon Elevation at 5,337 mm long and 1,943 mm tall, so there’s a long run of lower door and sill behind the front wheels.

The power-retractable steps on the AT4 Ultimate and Denali Ultimate retract when not in use, so while you drive they aren’t covering the sills. The AT4 also rides on all-terrain tires, which is worth weighing if yours leaves the pavement. The rocker panel PPF page shows what that section includes.

Booking PPF for a Yukon in Langley

Quotes start from the details: year, trim, Yukon or Yukon XL, colour and any accessories, then the package and finish you want. Use the PPF quote form or text them to 604 534 6433. Paint is decontaminated and its thickness measured first, and any correction happens before film.

Budget a single day for Partial Front and three to five when the whole Yukon is filmed; Full Front and Track fall in between at one to two days. Leave the first wash for a week, then stick to hand or touchless washing with the pressure wand kept off the edges. If you’re also weighing a coating, PPF versus ceramic coating explains how the two differ.

Questions about yukon PPF

01Does a Yukon Denali Ultimate need different PPF from an Elevation?

The packages are the same, but the front ends aren't. The Denali Ultimate's Vader Chrome grille and accents and the Elevation's standard fascia change what the film is cut around, so each is quoted from its own nose.

02Can I get matte PPF on a Yukon AT4?

Yes. LLumar Platinum Matte turns gloss paint satin, so on a front package alone the nose would sit at a different sheen from the doors. For an even satin look, price it as Full Vehicle.

03How long is a Yukon at the shop for Full Vehicle PPF?

Three to five days is the usual range, and a body this size sits toward the longer end when the paint needs correcting first.
