How much does PPF cost on a Honda Accord?

Four LLumar Platinum packages, priced from $850 to $4,000. Those are starting prices: a sedan as long as the current Accord can come in higher on the bigger packages, and the paint’s condition sets how much prep is needed.

Package From What gets filmed on an Accord Shop time
Partial Front $850 Bumper, the forward part of hood and fenders, headlights, mirrors A day
Full Front $1,550 The whole hood and both fenders, bumper, headlights, mirrors 1 or 2 days
Track Package $1,900 Full Front, A-pillars, a roof band, rocker panels 1 or 2 days
Full Vehicle $4,000 Doors, roof, trunk lid and every other painted panel, plus headlights 3 to 5 days

Platinum’s top coat heals light swirls with warmth. LLumar backs it for 10 years; the shop’s terms name four faults it takes in: yellowing, cracking, bubbling, peeling.

Why does the Accord’s size matter for PPF?

Because the larger packages are priced on how much paint they cover, and the Accord is a big sedan. Honda Canada’s 2026 Accord specifications give these dimensions for all three trims:

2026 Accord Millimetres
Overall length 4,971
Wheelbase 2,830
Width 1,862
Height 1,449

Full Front covers the whole hood and both fenders, which on a long front end is far more film than Partial Front’s leading band. Full Vehicle adds all four doors, the roof, the trunk lid and the rear bumper. Full front PPF shows the panel list in detail.

What sits on the front of an Accord?

An aluminum hood, an active shutter grille and LED headlights. Honda’s 2026 US features by trim lists the aluminum hood and the shutter grille from the base trim up, and the Canadian sheet fits LED headlights and front splash guards to every trim.

For film, the hood is the largest single panel in the front packages, and the headlights are in all four, so the lenses are covered whichever you pick. The shutters sit behind the grille opening and aren’t filmed; the work is on the painted bumper around them. Partial versus full front PPF helps decide how far back along that hood to go.

Which Accord pieces are black trim rather than paint?

It depends on the trim. The Canadian sheet gives the SE and Sport-L Hybrid black mirrors and the Touring Hybrid body-coloured mirrors with built-in turn signals, and Honda Canada’s 2026 Accord release adds Sport-L details.

2026 trim (Canada) Mirrors Other black details 19-inch wheels
SE Black None listed Black
Sport-L Hybrid Black Decklid badging, shark fin antenna, gloss-black B-pillar trim Matte black inserts
Touring Hybrid Body-coloured, turn signals None listed Machine-finished, black inserts

Mirrors are in every package whatever their colour. The gloss-black pillar trim isn’t body-colour paint, so ask for it to be added to the quote if you want it covered.

Where are the Accord’s sensors?

At the rear corners on every trim, and in both bumpers on one. Honda says blind-spot detection uses “a pair of sensors, one on each rear corner of the vehicle” (Honda Info Center), and the system is standard on all three Canadian trims. Front and rear parking sensors are listed only for the Touring Hybrid in Canada; Honda’s US release counts four in each bumper.

On a front package, the Touring’s front sensors are the ones the film has to clear. A Full Vehicle job takes in the rear bumper and its corners as well, so ask the shop to show you how the film is planned there before you book.

How do you book Accord PPF in Langley?

Send the model year, trim and colour. Honda’s US colour chart for 2026 runs to eight shades, from Crystal Black Pearl to Canyon River Blue Metallic and Radiant Red Metallic; Canadian choices can differ, so name yours. Gloss Platinum keeps the factory shine, while LLumar Platinum Matte turns gloss paint satin; matte PPF explains that look.

Before any film, the paint is inspected and decontaminated, with correction if it needs it. Afterwards, the car goes a week without washing, then gets hand or touchless washes only. Start with the Accord PPF quote form; for the windows, Honda Accord window tint starts at $240.

Full Front, from $1,550: the entire hood and fenders, not just their leading edge. On a long sedan like the Accord, that is the bigger step up from Partial Front.

Questions about honda Accord PPF

01How much of the Accord's hood does Partial Front cover?

Only the leading section. The film stops partway back along the hood and front fenders; Full Front covers both panels completely.

02Can the gloss-black B-pillar trim on a Sport-L be filmed?

Yes, ask for it to be quoted. It's trim rather than paint, so it isn't part of the standard packages.

03How long does Full Vehicle take on an Accord?

Plan on three to five days at the shop, with paint decontamination and any correction done before the film work begins.

04Do the Accord's black mirrors get the same film as the paint?

Yes. Mirrors are included in every package, whether they're the black ones on the SE and Sport-L or the Touring's body-coloured pair.
