How much is PPF for a Hyundai Tucson?
Between $850 and $4,000 to start, depending on how much of the Tucson you cover. The film in all four is LLumar Platinum, whose top layer heals light scuffs; patterns come from software, and edges are folded around panels wherever the shape permits.
| Tucson coverage | Panels | Opening price |
|---|---|---|
| Partial Front | Front bumper, hood and fender leading edges, both headlamps, mirror housings | $850 |
| Full Front | Hood and both fenders entirely, front bumper, headlamps, mirror housings | $1,550 |
| Track Package | Full Front, with A-pillars, the roof’s front section and side sills | $1,900 |
| Full Vehicle | All Tucson paintwork plus headlamps | $4,000 |
A trim with more separate bumper pieces, or paint that needs correcting first, can move the price up. The warranty is LLumar’s, limited and 10 years long; as the shop words it, film that cracks, yellows, bubbles or peels is covered. Full Vehicle is laid out panel by panel on full body PPF.
What makes the Tucson’s front end different for PPF?
Its daytime lights hide in the grille. Hyundai Canada describes a “parametric jewel front light design”, with an available four-light hidden daytime running light system built into the 3D grille, and LED headlights, with LED projector headlights as an option.
For film, that means a few things:
- The grille stays bare. The hidden lights live in the grille, which isn’t painted, so the film covers the bumper paint around it.
- Dark chrome trim. Hyundai lists a dark chrome grille and dark chrome front and rear bumper trims; the film is trimmed to the painted area around those pieces.
- Painted skid plates. The front and rear skid plates are listed as silver paint, low on each bumper, so they can be filmed along with it.
- Gloss black mirror caps. Partial and Full Front include the mirrors, gloss black caps included.
Does the N Line or Night Edition change the pattern?
Yes, the N Line does. Hyundai’s 2026 specifications mark an N Line-only front bumper fascia and grille, a rear bumper with a diffuser, a rear spoiler and a different rear lower lamp design. The front template for an N Line is not the one used on a Preferred or Ultimate.
The Hybrid Night Edition swaps in all-black front and rear bumper garnishes, black mirror caps, black beltline accents and black 19-inch wheels. Those black pieces sit next to the paint the film covers, so the edges are trimmed to them. Give the shop your exact trim, including the package, so the right template is used. If you’d like the N Line’s rear spoiler or the diffuser bumper filmed as well, they are covered by Full Vehicle or can be quoted as additions to a front package.
Are there sensors in a Tucson’s bumpers?
Hyundai describes its SmartSense safety features as using “a range of camera, radar and motion detection technologies”, and which ones your Tucson has depends on the trim. Anything that looks out through the bumper or grille needs a clear view, so the film has to finish around it. When you book, ask how the template handles the sensors on your trim and where each edge will sit.
How do you book Tucson PPF at Brookswood?
Send the year, trim (Preferred, Preferred with Trend Package, N Line, Ultimate or Hybrid Night Edition for 2026), colour and the package you want. The shop looks at the paint, confirms the template and price, and books one to five days depending on coverage. Use the Tucson PPF quote form. For a leased Tucson, PPF on a leased car covers what to weigh, and window film can be added to the same booking through Tucson window tint.
