What does it cost to tint a Lexus RX?
Every RX starts from the same SUV rear package, $260 in LLumar ATC, covering the rear doors, the rear side windows and the hatch glass. Ceramic on the same windows is priced per package, and a panoramic moonroof is quoted from the car.

What glass does Lexus fit to the RX?
Acoustic glass up front on every version, and privacy glass at the back on most. The 2026 RX product summary for British Columbia lists the windows model by model:

Every version also has a rear window defogger and an intermittent rear wiper on the hatch. Lexus gives no light-transmission figure for its privacy glass, and the two layers multiply: film rated 20% over glass rated 20% lands near 4%. Does the RX moonroof need film?
Sometimes, and it’s quoted separately. On the 2026 RX 350 and RX 350h, a power slide-and-tilt moonroof is standard and a panoramic moonroof comes with the upper packages, such as the RX 350’s Luxury, Executive and F SPORT packages. The RX 500h has the panoramic roof as standard. With the shade drawn back, a big glass roof brings in a lot of sun; IRX or AIR on that glass cuts the heat, and a darker IRX shade trims the glare as well. What can go on an RX windshield and front doors in BC?
No film on the front door windows, and nothing below the top 75 mm of the windshield. MVAR s. 7.05(8) applies to the RX’s acoustic front side glass exactly as it does to plain tempered glass, and clear film is no exception.
The windshield also does work on an RX. Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 is standard, and Lexus Canada’s notes list a dirty windshield among the factors that limit its Automatic High Beam. Rain-sensing wipers are standard, and a head-up display is standard on the RX 500h and part of several packages on the others. Front or full windshield film is fitted only on request, once the risks are laid out: a ticket, a possible order to remove it and have the SUV inspected, and a fail at that inspection. How do you book RX tint in Langley?
Tell the shop the model year, whether it’s an RX 350, 350h, 450h+ or 500h, and the package, because that settles the privacy glass and the roof. The current RX is the fifth generation, launched for 2023 on Lexus’s GA-K platform, according to Lexus’s launch release; older RX models are priced on the same package. An RX is usually finished within a working day, and its side windows should stay closed for the next three to five days.
