Where is the chrome on each 2027 Super Duty trim?
Mostly on the XLT, Lariat and King Ranch. Ford Canada’s 2027 F-250 trim pages list the bright parts like this:

The Lariat, with chrome steel bumpers and a chrome-insert grille as standard, carries the most chrome; the XLT is similar but has black handles. On a King Ranch the bumpers are already in the accent colour, so the job is mostly the grille.
What does a Super Duty chrome delete cost?
It’s quoted per truck, and the shop publishes no chrome delete prices. The number comes from the pieces your trim carries and how many of them you want black.
- The grille. A two-bar Super Duty grille is large, and inserts or accent bars add more edges to wrap.
- Bumpers. Chrome steel bumpers front and rear are the largest bright surfaces on the truck and are priced on their own.
- Handles and running boards. A crew cab has four door handles; chrome pull handles and bright running boards add to the count.
- Finish. Gloss or satin black, in either brand of cast vinyl.

Should you order Ford’s Black Appearance Package instead?
If the truck isn’t built yet, it’s the simplest route. Ford Canada lists a Black Appearance Package on the 2027 XLT and Lariat and an STX Appearance Package on the XL, while the Chrome Package on the Lariat and King Ranch goes the other way.

Which Super Duty parts should stay as they are?
Anything that has a job beyond looking bright. The illuminated front emblem, an option on the 2027 King Ranch and Platinum, only works while light shines through it. The Platinum’s front parking sensors and 360-degree camera need a clear view, so the areas in front of them stay bare.
Then there are the parts people stand on. Ford lists rear corner bumper steps on the XL, and a boot on vinyl scuffs it quickly, so ask the shop whether those spots should stay bare.
