How much is PPF for a Honda HR-V?

Platinum comes in gloss or matte and heals light marks with heat. LLumar’s 10-year limited warranty sits behind it, and the shop’s own list of covered faults reads: yellowing, cracking, bubbling, peeling. Where does an HR-V take stone chips?
On whatever faces forward: bumper, hood nose, headlamps and mirror housings. Honda Canada’s 2023 HR-V release describes the current nose as “an expressive grille is flanked by air curtain inlets that route air through the bumper and around the front wheels”.
Those inlets put openings at both bumper corners, and the film has to follow their edges. Does each HR-V trim need a different pattern?
In the details, yes. When the current HR-V launched, Honda gave each grade its own grille and lower bumper finish, and those pieces decide where painted bumper ends and trim begins.

The EX-L Navi also had gloss-black door pillars. Matte and gloss-black pieces aren’t the body-colour paint the packages are priced on, so ask if there’s a trim piece you’d like covered too. On Honda Canada’s 2027 HR-V specifications, the Sport gets black mirrors and the LX and EX-L body-coloured ones.
Which sensors does the film work around on an HR-V?
At the front, the main one isn’t in the bumper. Honda describes the current HR-V’s Honda Sensing as a single-camera suite with a 100-degree view, “twice as wide as the camera-and-radar setup of the previous system”, and its collision braking “uses a windshield-mounted camera” (Honda Info Center).
The bumpers matter on the top trim. The 2027 Canadian sheet lists four front and four rear parking sensors on the EX-L, and Honda’s 2023 release calls them “sonar sensors on the front and rear bumpers” that enable Low-Speed Braking Control. Before work starts, ask the shop to show you where the edges will fall around each sensor. If your HR-V is a 2019 to 2022, it predates the single-camera system, so give the year when you ask.
Is the Track Package worth it on an HR-V?
It suits owners who want the windshield pillars, roof edge and sills covered as well as the nose. On top of Full Front it films the A-pillars, a strip along the roof’s front edge and the rockers.
The HR-V’s roof is a clean panel: Honda says laser-brazing “eliminates the need for unsightly roof moldings”, so roof film lies on paint with no trim strip in the way. Lower down, every 2027 HR-V comes with front and rear splash guards behind its wheels, and the Track Package’s rocker coverage runs along the sill between them. If your HR-V wears Nordic Forest Pearl, which Honda Canada launched in 2023 as a colour exclusive to the HR-V and which is still on the 2026 colour chart, film keeps that original finish intact.
