What do the PPF packages cost on a Navigator?

Starting prices are $850 for Partial Front, $1,550 for Full Front, $1,900 for Track and $4,000 for Full Vehicle. Lincoln Canada gives the 2027 Navigator a length of 5,333 mm and the L 5,635 mm, so the packages that run down the sides are where the size shows in the quote.

Package From Coverage What that means on a Navigator
Partial Front $850 Full bumper, partial hood, partial fenders, headlights, mirrors The front bumper, headlamps, mirrors and a leading band of hood
Full Front $1,550 Full hood, full fenders, full bumper, headlights, mirrors The entire hood and both front fenders
Track Package $1,900 Full Front plus partial roof, A-pillars, rocker panels Adds the windshield pillars, a roof strip and the rockers along all four doors
Full Vehicle $4,000 All painted surfaces, headlights Every painted panel, doors and split gate included

Platinum’s top coat is self-healing, and you can have it gloss or matte. It carries a 10-year limited warranty from LLumar; per the shop’s terms, that takes in yellowing, cracking, bubbling and peeling. The Track Package page shows that coverage in full.

Why check the doors on a 2025 Navigator first?

Because some leave the factory with trim that rubs the paint. Ford’s U.S. Customer Satisfaction Program 26B11 covers 2025 Navigators built at Kentucky Truck from January 8 to June 27, 2025, where a moulding “was installed on the passenger doors with insufficient gap between the moulding and the door paint,” which on some can rub through the upper door paint. The earlier SSM 54602 places it under the top of the B-pillar appliqué, on any of the four doors.

Under that program, U.S. dealers remove the four upper door mouldings, touch up any scratches and fit a rubber isolator to each, at no charge, through June 30, 2027; ask a Lincoln dealer in Canada whether your VIN is covered here. Get it sorted before any film goes on the doors, which are only covered under Full Vehicle.

What’s happening at the Navigator’s front bumper?

On recent builds, the lower cover can come loose. Ford’s TSB 26-2178 covers 2025–2026 Navigators built on or before February 5, 2026 where “one or both sides of the front bumper lower cover” detach “due to a lack of retention of the front bumper fasteners.” The repair adds push pins.

Every front package includes the full bumper, so if the lower cover sits loose at the corners, get the TSB repair done first. Lincoln Canada also lists front and rear parking sensors and a 360-degree camera as standard on the 2027 Reserve; name what your Navigator has when you ask for a quote.

Is there anything behind the Navigator’s rear bumper?

Radar. On 2022–2024 Navigators, Ford’s TSB 24-2028 traces random blind-spot warnings to “mud/snow/ice build-up between the radar sensor and the rear bumper cover”, fixed by repairing any damage and fitting shields. Tell the shop the year if you’re filming the rear bumper under Full Vehicle, so the radar areas are noted on the quote.

If the Navigator spends its days on Highway 1, PPF coverage for Highway 1 commuters sets out which package reaches what.

Booking Navigator PPF in Langley

Pass along the model year and trim, regular or L, the paint colour and the package you’re after, through the Navigator PPF quote form or in a text to 604 534 6433. Prep comes first: decontamination, a paint thickness reading and correction where the finish calls for it.

Booking lengths run from a single day for Partial Front, through one or two days for Full Front and Track, to three to five days for Full Vehicle. Hold off the first wash for a week, then hand or touchless only, with pressure nozzles kept off the film’s edges. The Navigator window tint page lists the glass packages if you’d like both done in one booking.

Full Vehicle, from $4,000, is the package that reaches the doors, where the 2025 Navigator's moulding issue sits.

Questions about navigator PPF

01Does a Navigator L cost more for PPF than the standard length?

The front packages cover the nose, so length matters most for Track and Full Vehicle, which run down the sides. The L is about 30 cm longer than the standard Navigator, so those packages are quoted from the L itself.

02Is PPF worth it on a Navigator with a tri-coat paint?

Lincoln Canada lists tri-coat colours such as Pristine White Metallic Tri-Coat and Grey Mist Metallic Tri-Coat as extra-cost paints. Film takes the stone hits instead of that paint, which is the whole point of putting it on.

03How long is a Navigator at the shop for Full Vehicle PPF?

Three to five days, with paint correction first if the finish needs it. A front package is one to two days.
