What does PPF cost on a Mazda CX-30?

Mazda Canada’s 2025 CX-30 specifications put the CX-30 at 4,395 mm long with its plate holder, on a 2,652 mm wheelbase. Shop time is normally a day for Partial Front; Full Front or Track, one to two; the whole car, three to five. Platinum Gloss carries LLumar’s 10-year limited warranty, and in the shop’s published wording that cover takes in yellowing, cracking, bubbling and peeling.
What does the CX-30’s manual say about the radar area?
Keep it clear and keep it genuine. In the radar sensor cautions of the 2025 CX-30 manual, Mazda asks owners to keep stickers off parts near the radar sensors and not to fit parts that cover their front, and to use only genuine parts for “the radiator grille and emblem”. It also sends repairs, replacements and paintwork near the sensors to a Mazda dealer.
The manual says nothing about paint protection film specifically. In practice that makes the grille surround and emblem the area to talk through before booking: ask the shop where the film will stop around them, and whether any of the front package needs to be trimmed back near the sensor area. Which CX-30 trims add sensors and cameras?
The GT and the trims built on it. Mazda Canada’s 2025 sheet adds a 360° View Monitor and parking sensors at both ends to the GT, and the 2026 Mazda Canada CX-30 page still lists the 360° monitor as a GT feature.
Both bring rules of their own. The ultrasonic sensor cautions say stickers don’t belong on the sensors and high-pressure water shouldn’t be aimed at them, and send bumper repairs or paintwork to a dealer. The camera cautions rule out stickers around a camera and say a lens “badly damaged by flying gravel” means a new camera. On a GT, ask to see how the bumper film will be shaped around each sensor and camera before work starts, and give the trim when you ask for a price.
Which CX-30 details are black instead of body colour?
It varies by trim and year. Mirrors are part of every package whatever their colour; black grilles, badges and garnish aren’t painted panels, so ask for them to be quoted if you want them filmed.

How do you book PPF for a CX-30 in Langley?
Send over the year, trim and colour along with the package you’re considering. Before any film goes down, the paint is inspected, decontaminated and corrected where needed so the film doesn’t seal in defects; then the pattern and a drop-off date are confirmed.
Wait seven days after pickup before the first wash. Hand or touchless washing is fine from then on; brush washes aren’t, and pressure nozzles stay well back from film edges and the GT’s sensors.
