What does PPF cost on a Mazda3?

$850 to $4,000, depending on how much of the car you cover. Every package uses LLumar Platinum, which heals light scratches with warmth and carries LLumar’s 10-year limited warranty.

Package Panels From
Partial Front Full bumper, front of the hood and fenders, headlights, mirrors $850
Full Front Whole hood, both fenders, bumper, headlights, mirrors $1,550
Track Package Full Front with the A-pillars, a roof strip and the rockers $1,900
Full Vehicle All painted panels and the headlights $4,000

These are starting prices; the final figure depends on the panels, their complexity and the paint’s condition. Partial Front is usually one day. The shop’s published warranty wording lists yellowing, cracking, bubbling and peeling. What Partial Front leaves bare is set out on the partial front PPF page.

Does the sedan or the Mazda3 Sport change the pattern?

Tell the shop which one you have. The Mazda3 Sport and the sedan share a 107.3-inch wheelbase in Mazda’s 2025 US spec deck, but their rear ends and lengths differ, and the base sedan has a matte-finish grille where the hatchback’s is gloss black.

The owner’s manual goes further. Its radar sensor section draws the front radar, front side radar and rear side radar positions separately for the 4-door and the 5-door. Templates are cut for the body as well as the year, so a Full Vehicle job in particular depends on getting this right.

What on a Mazda3’s nose should the film work around?

The radar first. Mazda’s manual says not to put stickers on parts near the radar sensors or fit anything that covers their front, and to fit only genuine Mazda parts if the radiator grille or emblem is ever replaced. It also notes that a deformed bumper, or debris stuck to the bumper around a front side radar sensor, can stop that sensor detecting.

Parking sensors are less of a factor than on many cars. The 2025 US spec deck fits front and rear parking sensors only to the 2.5 Turbo Premium Plus, so most Mazda3 front bumpers have no sensor heads in them. Where they are fitted, the ultrasonic sensor section asks for no stickers on them and no high-pressure water. Ask the shop to show where the film edges will sit before the work starts.

Which Mazda3s gain most from film?

Ones that see a lot of highway, and ones in Mazda’s extra-cost red. The 2025 spec deck gives both bodies 5.5 inches of ground clearance, so the bottom of the bumper rides close to whatever the car ahead kicks up on Highway 1 or 200th Street.

Paint is the other reason. Mazda Canada adds a $500 paint charge for Soul Red Crystal, and keeping that factory paint intact on the nose saves blending a respray into it later. On the GT Turbo, Mazda Canada lists exterior mirrors in Jet Black Mica, which take the same stone hits as the rest of the nose and are part of every package. For chips that are already there, read whether PPF hides existing rock chips.

How do you book Mazda3 PPF in Langley?

Send the year, body style, trim and colour, and the package you’re weighing up. Before film goes on, the shop checks the paint and cleans and corrects it as needed, then confirms the price and a drop-off day.

Wait a week before the first wash, and use a hand or touchless wash rather than brushes. Request a price on the Mazda3 PPF quote form, and see Mazda3 window tint if you want the rear glass done on the same visit.

Questions about mazda Mazda3 PPF

01Does the Mazda3 GT Turbo need a different package?

No, the same four packages apply. Its Jet Black Mica mirrors are covered in every package, because mirrors are part of Partial Front and everything above it.

02Can a Mazda3 have a satin look with film?

Yes. LLumar Platinum also comes in matte, which turns gloss paint satin, and it's quoted on the same four packages. If only the front is filmed, the change in sheen shows where the film stops, so decide where you want that line.

03How long does Partial Front take on a Mazda3?

Usually one day, including the paint prep. Full Front and the Track Package take one to two days, and Full Vehicle three to five.

04Will film cover up chips my Mazda3 already has?

No. Clear film shows what's underneath, so existing chips stay visible. Touching them up before the film goes on gives the best result.
