Porsche 911 Wrap in Langley, BC

At a glance

Brookswood Tint wraps the Porsche 911 whole or panel by panel, using 3M and Avery Dennison cast film backed by the 5-year vinyl warranty the shop publishes, and prices every car individually. Porsche itself sells decal sets, striped Cabriolet roofs and black or carbon aero parts for the 911 when it's ordered; vinyl gets a similar look onto a car that's already built, and it comes off with heat.

What does a Porsche 911 wrap cost?

It’s quoted per car. The figure follows how much of the 911 is covered, the film and finish, and how many parts come off so the vinyl can wrap their edges. The shop aims to send a quote the same day.

Job What it covers Time in the shop
Full colour change Every exterior panel, door jambs available 3 to 5 days
Roof or front lid One panel, often black over a coloured body Same day to 2 days
Stripes or decals A partial kit along the body Same day to 2 days
Trim and aero parts Mirrors, spoiler, skirts or other small parts Same day to 2 days

The film is 3M or Avery Dennison cast vinyl in gloss, satin, matte or colour-shift, with the shop’s published 5-year warranty on it. The colour change page walks through a complete re-colour.

Which factory 911 looks can vinyl recreate?

Several of them, because Porsche sells a lot of the 911’s personality as options. Its 2024 press kit lists these among the exterior choices:

  • Striped Cabriolet roof. Porsche offers the Cabriolet’s soft top in four solid colours, plus “a black roof with grey stripes that extend lengthwise”, with the stripes running onto the hood and the luggage compartment lid.
  • Decal sets. Exclusive Manufaktur offers “new decorative decal sets in Arctic Blue” directly in the configurator.
  • Black and carbon aero. The Aerokit comes in body colour, Black or Carbon, and the Carbon Design Package adds matching side skirts.
  • Black details. On the updated 911, Porsche finishes the lower rear spoiler in black, and the GTS adds two cooling air intakes with black inserts.

Each of these is fixed once the car is built. A vinyl stripe set, a black front lid or satin-black mirrors can go on afterwards and come off when you want the car back to stock.

Is the satin GT3 RS in the photo wrapped?

No. That car is in the photo library for its full-body paint protection film, not vinyl. It’s a useful contrast: film keeps the factory colour and changes how it reflects light, while a wrap replaces the colour altogether.

If what you like about the GT3 RS is the low sheen, you can get it two ways. Matte PPF over the original paint gives a satin look with LLumar’s self-healing film, priced on the 911 PPF page. A satin or matte wrap changes the colour too, for instance a satin black over Guards Red. The matte PPF vs matte wrap comparison sets out the differences in protection and cost.

How long does vinyl last on a 911?

The shop’s own published term is five years on the vinyl; the film makers set theirs by climate zone and by which way a surface faces. Avery Dennison’s SW900 data sheet (revision 20, March 2026) treats any face tilted 45 to 90 degrees from vertical as horizontal and gives it far shorter terms: SW900 colours carry 10 years vertical but 2 years horizontal in its Zone 1, for example. Avery’s zone for BC is still unconfirmed, so check the term for your chosen film.

That matters on a 911, because so much of its upper body, the front lid, the roof and the sloping engine lid, lies closer to flat than upright. The same data sheet also says Avery doesn’t warrant removal from automotive paint more than 5 years old, worth knowing on an older 911.

Care decides a lot of the rest. Give new vinyl a week, then wash it by hand or touchless; brushes are out, and a pressure wand should never be aimed at an edge. On healthy factory paint, cast vinyl comes off cleanly with heat. Resprayed or already peeling paint can lift, so the paint gets checked first and you’re told about any risk up front.

How do you book a 911 wrap in Langley?

Send the year, the variant, the current paint colour and photos from all four corners, along with the colour and finish you want and which parts should change. If the car has an Aerokit or carbon parts, say whether they stay as they are.

Phone 604 534 6433 or start with the wrap quote form. If you’re also changing the look of the lights, 911 headlight and taillight film is quoted separately.

Questions about porsche 911 vinyl wrap

01Can I copy the Cabriolet's factory roof stripes in vinyl?

Stripes are a partial job the shop quotes per car. Bring a photo of the look you want and say whether the stripes should run over the front lid only or further.

02Is a wrapped 911 harder to sell?

Vinyl comes off, so a buyer can have the factory colour back. Take it off before the car is listed if you think the original paint will sell better.

03Should I wrap my 911 or put matte PPF on it?

Matte PPF keeps the car's colour and turns the gloss satin, while a wrap changes the colour itself. Film is the one built for stone-chip protection; the matte PPF vs matte wrap comparison covers the rest.

04Can the black lower rear spoiler stay as it is under a colour change?

Yes. On a full colour change you decide which factory black parts get vinyl and which are left alone; list them when you ask for a quote.
