Tesla Model 3 Wrap in Langley, BC

At a glance

Brookswood Tint wraps Tesla Model 3s in cast vinyl from 3M or Avery Dennison and prices each car on its own; the vinyl maker's 5-year warranty applies, as the shop publishes it. Tesla's 2024+ Model 3 colour table runs to metallics, tricoats and one solid black, so satin, matte, colour-shift or a shade Tesla never offered all come from vinyl. The wrap is planned around the cameras in the fenders, B-pillars and, on later cars, the bumper.

How is a Model 3 wrap priced?

Per car, from what you want covered and in which film. The shop doesn’t publish wrap prices; the quote follows the coverage, the finish, whether jambs are included and how much prep the paint needs.

Choice Effect on the quote
Full wrap or a few panels Coverage drives the quote; a roof, mirrors or hood alone cost less than the whole car
Finish Gloss, satin, matte, colour-shift, chrome and textured films differ in price and handling
Door jambs Optional, quoted on top
Paint condition Chips and peeling clear coat need repair before vinyl goes on

A smaller step is a black roof and mirrors, quoted by the panel through roof wraps. Black trim on its own is a Model 3 chrome delete.

Why wrap a Model 3 instead of picking a factory colour?

Because Tesla’s palette is short and glossy. The paint-code table in the 2024+ Model 3 service manual lists metallic blues, a black and a grey, three tricoat metallics (Pearl White Multi-Coat, Quicksilver and Ultra Red) and one solid finish, Solid Black. No satin or matte finish appears.

Vinyl opens up everything else: satin greys, matte blacks, greens, and colour-shift films that change hue with the light. It also comes off, so the factory colour is still there for resale. How long a wrap lasts on the coast is covered on car wrap life in BC.

Where are the Model 3’s cameras in the panels a wrap covers?

On the front fenders, the B-pillars and, on later cars, the front bumper. Tesla’s 2024+ manual bolts a camera into each side repeater assembly on the fenders, and mounts a camera on each B-pillar applique with two bolts and an o-ring seal. The same manual gained a front fascia camera procedure in October 2025.

Each lens stays clear of film. Tell the shop your year and trim, or send the VIN, so the plan matches the hardware on your car.

What about the spoiler and badges on a Model 3?

They’re stuck on, not bolted, and that decides how they’re handled. Tesla’s 2024+ manual lists a carbon fibre spoiler that’s bonded to the trunk lid and removed by sawing through the adhesive with fishing line, after taping its position and guarding the paint. The rear Tesla badge comes off the same way, with the leftover adhesive cleaned off with IPA.

That makes bonded parts something to plan rather than routinely remove. Ask how the shop will treat the spoiler and each badge on your car before you approve the quote: wrapped around, left as they are, or taken off and replaced. Badge-specific options are on the Model 3 chrome delete page.

How do you book a Model 3 wrap in Langley?

A quote request should carry the model year and trim, the film or colour you like (with the maker’s code if you’ve found one), the panels in question and some daylight photos. Back comes a price and the number of days the car will be in.

Questions about tesla Model 3 wrap

01Can a Model 3 be wrapped in a colour Tesla offers, just to cover damage?

Vinyl won't hide chips or deep scratches; they show through. Damaged paint is repaired first, and colour-matched vinyl is chosen from the film makers' ranges rather than Tesla's paint codes.

02Will a wrap affect the Model 3's Autopilot cameras?

It shouldn't touch them. The camera lenses in the side repeaters, B-pillars and front bumper stay uncovered, and the vinyl stops around them.

03How should I wash a wrapped Model 3?

By hand, with mild soap and plenty of water, and with any pressure-washer nozzle kept well back from the film edges. Avoid brush car washes.
