Acura Integra Window Tint in Langley, BC

At a glance

Acura Integra window tint at Brookswood Tint starts at $240 in LLumar ATC for the glass behind the front seats: the rear door windows and the liftback glass, priced on the five-window rear package. IRX or AIR ceramic film costs more, with the price set per package. The current Integra, sold since the 2023 model year, is a five-door liftback, so the shop confirms the exact pieces when it quotes your year and trim.

What does tint cost on an Acura Integra?

The rear glass starts at $240 in LLumar ATC dyed film. That’s the shop’s five-window rear package, and IRX or AIR ceramic on the same glass is priced per package once the shop knows your trim.

Integra glass Film From
Rear door windows, any quarter glass, liftback glass LLumar ATC dyed $240
The same windows LLumar IRX or AIR ceramic Quoted per package
Power moonroof glass Any Quoted per vehicle
Driver’s and front passenger’s door glass Any $140, not road-legal in BC
Full windshield, from the inside Any $200; BC permits just the top 75 mm

Every piece is cut on a computerized plotter to the Integra’s own outline, so no blade touches the glass or the trim. The film is then heat-shrunk and fitted by hand, and both film and labour carry a lifetime warranty. All the body styles and shades are laid out on the window tint prices page.

Why does the Integra’s liftback shape matter for tint?

Because the back glass lifts with the hatch instead of sitting in a fixed rear deck, and it’s a large, sloped pane. Acura’s Integra timeline says the fifth generation debuted in fall 2022 as the 2023 model and was “the only 5-door liftback in its class”.

The 2026 refresh announcement repeats the point and credits the “low cowl, thin pillars and door-mounted exterior mirrors” for the car’s visibility. Thin pillars leave a lot of glass in view, which is one reason a film’s clarity matters on this car.

A sloped liftback window takes more heat-shrinking than flat side glass before it lies down cleanly. Acura’s spec sheet lists a rear window defroster on every 2026 trim, so the grid lines run under the film. If the liftback ever needs re-tinting, the old film comes off with steam rather than a blade, which keeps the defroster working.

Which Integra glass is special from the factory?

Only the windshield, going by Acura’s own list. The 2026 Integra spec sheet from Acura Canada names “acoustic laminate glass” for the windshield on all four trims and doesn’t list it for any door.

2026 Integra, Canada A-Spec Elite A-Spec / Elite A-Spec MT Type S
Acoustic laminate glass Windshield Windshield Windshield
Power moonroof with sliding shade Yes Yes Not listed
Head-up display Not listed Yes Yes
Rain-sensing wipers No Yes Yes

The moonroof matters if you want the roof done too: an A-Spec or Elite has one, while the Type S doesn’t list it. Roof film is priced separately, and the sunroof and panoramic roof tint page explains how it’s fitted.

Which LLumar film works best on an Integra?

For the most heat cut behind the front seats, IRX. LLumar’s performance data sheet gives IRX 50 to 62% total solar energy rejected, against 28 to 44% for ATC, the dyed film in the $240 price.

ATC comes in 5, 15, 35 and 50%, as does IRX, and both block more than 99% of UV. AIR is the near-clear option for owners who want the stock look with less heat. Measured on lab glass, AIR 80 lets through 77% of visible light and rejects 60% of infrared energy (IRER). For the trade-offs between dyed and ceramic, read ceramic vs dyed window tint.

What does BC law allow on an Integra?

Any shade on the rear door windows and the liftback glass, since every Integra carries outside mirrors on both sides. MVAR s. 7.05(8) allows no film on the two front door windows and only the top 75 mm of the windshield.

On the Elite A-Spec, Elite A-Spec MT and Type S, that windshield is also where the head-up display shows, which is one more reason to talk it through before any film goes on it. The shop fits front-door or windshield film only when asked, after explaining it isn’t road-legal, can bring a $109 ticket and an order to remove it, and fails inspection. Tinting front windows in BC explains the rule and the penalties.

How do you book Integra tint in Langley?

Send the model year, the trim and whether you want the moonroof included. The shop replies with the rear package price, the ceramic difference and a roof figure if asked.

Plan on two to four hours. Keep the side windows closed for three to five days, and expect any light haze to clear within the first week. Use the Integra tint quote form or call 604 534 6433. While the car is in, Integra PPF and Integra taillight tint can be booked for the same visit.

Questions about acura Integra window tint

01Is the Integra Type S tinted at the same price as the A-Spec?

The $240 rear package is a starting price for the Integra body, and the Type S shares the five-door liftback shape. Give the trim and year, and the shop confirms the figure before cutting.

02Can the Integra's liftback glass go as dark as the rear doors?

Yes. BC sets no darkness limit on side or back glass behind the driver when the car has outside mirrors on both sides, which every Integra does. A lighter shade on the back glass keeps more of the rear view at night, so weigh that before you match it to the doors.

03Will tint stop my Integra's moonroof from opening?

Roof film sits on the inside face of the glass and doesn't touch the mechanism. Roof glass is quoted on its own, so ask for that figure separately if you want it done.

04How long does an Integra take?

Most cars are finished the same day, and a full tint usually takes two to four hours. Leave the windows up for three to five days afterwards while the film cures.
