What does Rolls-Royce window tint cost?
Between $220 and $260 in LLumar ATC, depending on the body, for all the glass rearward of the front seats. The packages match the shop’s published price sheet; ceramic and roof glass are quoted.
| Model | Starting price | Package used |
|---|---|---|
| Phantom or Ghost | $240 | Sedan: rear door glass, back window and any small side panes |
| Spectre | $220 | Sports coupe: the panes behind the doors and the rear screen |
| Cullinan | $260 | SUV: rear doors, side glass and the tailgate window |
| Ceramic instead of ATC | Quoted per package | IRX or AIR on the same panes |
| Cullinan glass roof | Quoted separately | The roof pane only |
Each package includes genuine LLumar film plotter-cut to the car’s pattern, with a lifetime warranty on film and labour. A full set usually takes two to four hours.
What glass does each Rolls-Royce model have?
Glass that Rolls-Royce has engineered for quiet and privacy, which is worth knowing before film goes on it. The marque’s own releases describe it:
| Model | Glass, per Rolls-Royce |
|---|---|
| Ghost, 2020 on | Double-glazed windows with a clear composite centre sheet, part of its acoustic engineering |
| Phantom | A broad C-pillar that gives rear passengers more privacy; the Privacy Suite adds an electrochromatic partition, powered privacy curtains and rear privacy glass |
| Cullinan | A large glazed area in the side windows, a panoramic glass roof and a two-section tailgate Rolls-Royce calls The Clasp |
| Spectre | Two doors and a greenhouse whose smooth surfacing, per the launch release, helps give the lowest drag of any Rolls-Royce |
On the Cullinan’s Individual Seat configuration, a glass partition also separates the cabin from the luggage compartment. It’s an interior pane, not one of the windows in the package.
Can film go on double-glazed or privacy glass?
Yes. Tint is applied from the cabin side, and the clear centre sheet Rolls-Royce describes sits within the pane, where no film can touch it. The acoustic laminated glass answer explains why the layers inside don’t matter to the film.
Privacy glass changes the result rather than the method. The film’s darkness multiplies with the glass’s: 20% film on 20% glass passes about 4% of the light. Rolls-Royce doesn’t state how much light its privacy glass passes, so hold a sample against your own window first. To keep the factory look and still cut heat, LLumar AIR is the clear ceramic option; tinting over factory tint covers darker choices.
What does BC law allow on a Rolls-Royce?
Film at any shade behind the driver, with an outside mirror on each side, which every Rolls-Royce has. However a Rolls-Royce’s coach doors open, the glass in the driver’s and front passenger’s doors is front side glass. MVAR s. 7.05(8) bans film on it at any shade, and the 2025 inspection manual rejects film on any side window forward of the driver’s seat back (item 13d). Film on the windshield is limited to a strip in the top 75 mm.
Front doors ($140) and a full windshield ($200) are available on request; neither is legal on a BC road. A ticket is typically $109, per Mission RCMP, with a possible order to remove the film and have the car inspected. All of this is explained to you first, and the front-window answer goes through the rule in detail.
Booking Rolls-Royce tint in Langley
Start with the model, year and wheelbase, whether the car has privacy glass or the Privacy Suite, and the film you’re considering. Most cars are done in a day. Afterwards the side glass stays shut for three to five days, and any slight haze fades on its own over the first week. For the paint, Rolls-Royce PPF explains the packages.
