What does Bentley window tint cost?
From $220 for a Continental GT, $240 for a Flying Spur and $260 for a Bentayga, each covering the side and rear glass behind the driver in LLumar ATC. Ceramic film and the convertible are quoted.
| Bentley | Package | From |
|---|---|---|
| Continental GT | Sports coupe rear glass | $220 |
| Continental GT Convertible | Its own side and rear glass | Quoted per car |
| Flying Spur | Sedan rear glass | $240 |
| Bentayga and Bentayga EWB | SUV rear glass, tailgate window included | $260 |
| Ceramic film | IRX or AIR on any of the above | Quoted per package |
| Front door glass | Only on request | $140, illegal on BC roads |
Every package uses genuine LLumar film cut on the plotter to the car’s pattern, so no blade touches the glass or trim, and it carries a lifetime warranty on the film and the work. Glass roofs are priced separately, as the sunroof tint page explains.
What glass does each current Bentley have?
Bentley’s newsroom describes a core range of five models: the Continental GT, the Continental GT Convertible, the Flying Spur, the Bentayga and the Bentayga EWB. Their glass differs more than the badge suggests.
| Model | Glass and body notes from Bentley |
|---|---|
| Continental GT, 2024 on | Laminated acoustic glass for the windscreen and side windows, a nine-decibel cut in outside noise against non-acoustic glazing |
| Continental GT Convertible | The same acoustic glass, under a seven-bow fabric roof that opens in 19 seconds at up to 48 km/h |
| Bentayga, updated for 2020 | A new full-width tailgate; window blinds controlled from the rear Touch Screen Remote |
| Bentayga EWB | Panoramic sunroof moved 125 mm rearwards to sit over the rear seats |
| Flying Spur, 2026 update | Single headlamps and a new boot lid; first cars due in most markets in the fourth quarter of 2026 |
Check the year and model before choosing a shade, especially on a Bentayga, where the tailgate glass and any factory privacy glass set the starting darkness. Bentley publishes no light-transmission figures, and film multiplies with whatever the glass already blocks.
Does tint work on a Bentley’s acoustic laminated glass?
Yes. The film is laid on the cabin side of the pane, while Bentley’s sound-damping interlayer sits sealed inside the laminate, so the two never meet.
On a Continental GT, Bentley’s acoustic glazing includes the front door windows, which BC doesn’t allow film on at any shade. The panes behind the driver tint as normal. For a near-invisible result on glass like this, LLumar AIR is the clear ceramic option; for darker glass with more heat rejected, IRX. The acoustic laminated glass answer explains what changes, and what doesn’t, on laminated side windows.
What does BC law allow on a Bentley?
Any shade behind the driver, as long as there’s an outside mirror on each side, and every Bentley has both. Under MVAR s. 7.05(8), the front door glass takes no film at all, clear included, however quiet the glass is, and the windshield only in its top 75 mm.
On request the shop will still film the front doors ($140) or the whole windshield ($200), and both are illegal on BC roads. A tint ticket usually comes to $109, per Mission RCMP, and an officer can order the film removed and the car inspected. You’ll hear that before deciding; tinting front windows in BC covers the full rule.
Booking Bentley tint in Langley
Tell the shop the model and year, whether it’s an EWB or a convertible, and which film you want. Most cars are finished the same day, two to four hours for the full set of rear glass. Leave the side glass up for the next three to five days and ignore a light haze in the first week; it dries out. If the paint is next, Bentley PPF sets out the packages. Reach the shop through the tint quote form or by phone at 604 534 6433.
