Nissan Rogue Window Tint in Langley, BC

At a glance

Window tint on a Nissan Rogue starts at $260 at Brookswood Tint, which is the posted SUV price for LLumar ATC on the glass behind the front doors, liftgate window included. Every 2026 Rogue already has rear privacy glass from Nissan, so film darkens glass that starts out dark; pick the shade with that in mind. IRX or AIR ceramic and the panoramic moonroof are quoted separately, and BC allows no film on the front doors.

What does Nissan Rogue window tint cost?

The Rogue is priced on the shop’s SUV rear package, which starts at $260 in LLumar ATC. The shop confirms the figure against your Rogue’s own glass, and ceramic film or the roof is added on top.

Rogue glass What’s included From
SUV rear package Both rear door windows, the quarter glass, the liftgate window $260
IRX or AIR on that glass Ceramic film in place of the dyed ATC Quoted per package
Panoramic moonroof Both roof panels, on trims that have them Quoted per car
Front doors Driver’s and front passenger’s windows $140, not road-legal in BC
Windshield from the inside The whole pane $200, only the top 75 mm is road-legal

Included every time: LLumar film cut on the plotter for the Rogue’s year, shrunk and laid by hand, a lifetime warranty on the film from LLumar, and the shop’s lifetime warranty on the labour.

How dark is the Rogue’s factory privacy glass?

Darker than the front doors, but Nissan doesn’t say by how much. Nissan Canada’s 2026 Rogue specifications list rear privacy glass on all five trims: S, SV Moonroof, Dark Armor, Rock Creek and Platinum. Nissan’s 2021 Rogue press kit, written for the generation that launched that year, lists privacy glass for the rear and second-row windows as standard.

Film on privacy glass multiplies with it. As an example, a film that passes 20% of the light over glass that passes 20% leaves about 4%, which is very dark from inside at night. Because Nissan publishes no figure for this glass, look at the car in daylight and consider a lighter film than you would on clear glass. How dark factory privacy glass is goes through it in more detail.

Goal on a Rogue LLumar film Spec sheet figure
Keep the factory shade, cut heat AIR 80 77% visible light, 60% IR energy rejection
Darker, most heat rejected IRX 50–62% total solar energy rejected
Darker at the starting price ATC 28–44% total solar energy rejected

Those numbers come from the LLumar spec sheet, measured on clear glass.

Which Rogue trims have the panoramic moonroof?

On the 2026 Canadian Rogue, the SV Moonroof, Dark Armor and Platinum carry Nissan’s dual-panel panoramic moonroof, and the S and Rock Creek don’t. In the 2021 press kit, the power panoramic moonroof was an option on the SV and standard on the SL and Platinum, so an older Rogue’s roof depends on its grade and packages.

Two glass panels mean a lot of sun overhead. Roof film is priced on its own, apart from the rear package; the sunroof and panoramic roof page covers how the shop handles it.

How is the Rogue’s liftgate window tinted?

The liftgate window is fixed and carries a rear wiper, according to the 2021 press kit, so its film is plotter-cut to clear the wiper mount and laid over the defroster lines. It’s heat-shrunk to the curve by hand.

BC allows film on that back window because the Rogue has an outside mirror on each side, as MVAR s. 7.05(8) requires; inspection item 14c checks for those mirrors and also rejects reflective rear-window film.

Can the Rogue’s front windows be tinted in BC?

No, not legally. Nissan already fits the Rogue’s front door windows with what the 2021 press kit calls “Green-tinted + UV cut” glass, but adding film of any shade, clear included, puts the car outside s. 7.05(8), which only allows film behind the driver and in the top 75 mm of the windshield.

Front-door or full-windshield film is still available on request, once the shop has walked you through what can follow. Expect a $109 ticket in the usual case, by Mission RCMP’s account, possibly with an order to remove the film and pass an inspection, and at inspection item 13d of the 2025 manual fails the film outright. BC’s front-window tint rule is explained in full elsewhere.

How do you book Rogue tint in Langley?

Send the model year, trim and the film you’re considering. The year matters more than usual: the facts here cover the Rogue sold from 2021 to 2026, and Nissan Canada is previewing an all-new 2027 Rogue Hybrid, whose glass the shop will quote from the car itself.

After the visit, the rear windows stay closed for three to five days, and a little haze in the first week is just moisture leaving. Start with the Nissan Rogue tint request form, or call 604 534 6433.

Questions about nissan Rogue window tint

01My Rogue's back windows are already dark. Is tint worth adding?

It can be, for heat more than looks. Nissan's privacy glass darkens the view, but if you want the cabin cooler without going darker, a near-clear ceramic like LLumar AIR adds heat rejection while leaving the factory look much as it is.

02Does the Rogue Rock Creek get the panoramic roof?

Nissan Canada's 2026 specifications list the dual-panel panoramic moonroof on the SV Moonroof, Dark Armor and Platinum, not on the S or Rock Creek. Check your own car, since packages change by year.

03Will the shop tint the third-row glass on my Rogue?

The current Rogue is a two-row SUV, so the package covers the rear doors, the quarter glass behind them and the liftgate window. There's no third row to price.

04How long does a Rogue take to tint?

Plan on two to four hours, and expect to drive it home that day. Old film that has to come off first, or roof glass added to the job, makes it longer.
