What bright trim does an Audi Q8 have?
Less on the updated car than on the original. With the 2023 update, Audi says the new four rings come in contrasting white and black “instead of chrome,” and an optional package replaces the white with a dark grey, according to its upgraded Q8 release. Earlier Q8s keep chrome rings.

How do Audi’s Black optics packages compare with vinyl?
They reach the same trim at a different time. Ordered with a new Q8, the Black or Black Plus optics package puts dark accents around the Singleframe, on the trim along the side windows and on both bumpers, and Audi finishes the Singleframe mask in high-gloss black.
Vinyl does that job on a Q8 that’s already on the road. What stays uncovered on a Q8?
Lights and sensors. At the back of the updated Q8, Audi runs an LED light strip between the digital OLED rear lights, set in high-gloss black trim with the rings built in, so the rear is already mostly black and the lit strip is never wrapped.
