How much does PPF cost on a Mercedes-Benz GLS?
The same four LLumar Platinum packages as any vehicle, starting at $850 and topping out at $4,000. On a GLS the starting price is less likely to be the final one, because the panels are large and the full-size body takes more film.

Templates are cut by software and the film is wrapped over panel edges wherever the body allows; where a bumper can’t be wrapped and needs a relief cut, the spot is shown to you first. Which GLS panels take the most stones?
The hood, the front fascia and the paint behind the front wheels. Mercedes gave the current GLS a hood with two power domes and a chrome-plated underguard set into the front bumper, according to its 2019 GLS introduction. That hood is a wide panel pointed straight at whatever the traffic ahead kicks up.
Trim level changes the lower body. Mercedes-Benz USA says the AMG Line adds AMG bumpers and colour-keyed fender flares, so on those SUVs the arch mouldings are paint, not black plastic. Wheel size climbs with trim as well: Mercedes-Benz Canada fits 21-inch alloys to the GLS 450 and AMG 22s to the GLS 580, with 23-inch AMG wheels optional on either. What has Mercedes changed on the GLS front end?
A launch and two updates since 2019, each with a different bumper. The template follows your year, so it helps to know which one you have.

The 2024 changes come from Mercedes’s April 2023 GLS release and the latest from its March 2026 GLS release. Film is cut to clear sensor openings, and the shop checks how they sit on your GLS before the pattern is finalized.
Gloss or matte PPF for a GLS?
It depends on the paint. Mercedes-Benz USA says the GLS comes in solids, metallics and “modern matte finishes”, and one of the two paints on the 2026 GLS 450 MANUFAKTUR Editions was MANUFAKTUR Moonlight White Magno, according to Mercedes’s 2026 model line updates.

How do you book GLS PPF in Langley?
Share the year, model and paint name, say whether it’s an AMG Line, and name the package you’re leaning toward. The paint gets a decontamination wash and any correction it needs before the film goes on.
