Toyota Tundra PPF in Langley, BC

At a glance

Toyota Tundra PPF at Brookswood Tint is quoted from the four LLumar Platinum packages, which begin at $4,000 for Full Vehicle and step down through the Track Package ($1,900) and Full Front ($1,550) to Partial Front at $850. Toyota Canada lists the Tundra at about 2,030 mm wide, far more hood and fender than a car carries, so those starting figures are a floor. The final price follows your grade, options and paint.

What does PPF cost on a Toyota Tundra?

Self-healing LLumar Platinum is sold in four packages, the smallest from $850 and the biggest from $4,000, and a Tundra prices above those floors. Toyota Canada’s 2026 specifications put the truck at 2,030 to 2,032 mm wide and 5,932 to 6,412 mm long depending on cab and bed, so every panel in a package is a big one.

Package From What it covers What that means on a Tundra
Partial Front $850 Full bumper, partial hood, partial fenders, headlights, side mirrors The bumper, both LED headlamps, the mirrors and the hood’s leading edge
Full Front $1,550 Full hood, full fenders, full bumper, headlights, side mirrors The whole hood, the widest single panel at the front of the truck
Track Package $1,900 Full front plus partial roof, A-pillars, rocker panels Adds the sills under the cab doors and the windshield pillars
Full Vehicle $4,000 All painted surfaces, headlights Cab doors, box sides and tailgate as well

How big the panels are, how complicated their shapes are and how sound the paint is decide the final figure. The truck is decontaminated first, and corrected where the paint calls for it, so no swirl gets locked under film. Edges wrap around each panel wherever its shape lets them; on a bumper where a relief cut is unavoidable, you’re shown its position before it’s made.

How does the Tundra grade change the front end you’re protecting?

A lot. Toyota fits different grilles, lower air dams and finishes by grade, and some of what reads as black paint is actually plastic. The 2026 specifications and Toyota Canada’s 2026 Tundra announcement list these front-end details:

Grade or package What Toyota lists at the front
SR5 and up Active front spoiler under the bumper
TRD Off Road TRD grille, and the active front spoiler is removed
Limited Nightshade Moulded-in-colour black grille, overfenders and rear bumper, with a body-colour grille surround
Platinum and 1794 Chrome grille and exterior accents
TRD Pro Heritage TOYOTA grille with an LED light bar, smoked headlamps and fog lamps, TRD skid plate

The packages are written for painted surfaces and headlights. Chrome and moulded-in-colour plastic are a separate conversation, and the active spoiler is a moving part, so mention it at the quote stage. Model year matters too: the 2027 Tundra preview adds another variable, a redesigned front with hexagonal grilles that differ by grade and rectangular fog lights set into the bumper.

Where else does a Tundra take grit?

Along the sills and the lower doors, which catch what the front tires throw back. The Track Package exists for that, adding the sills, the windshield pillars and a band along the roof’s front to everything in Full Front. Toyota fits black mud guards to every 2026 Tundra, which help, but they sit behind the wheels and don’t cover paint ahead of them.

The box is the other question. Toyota says every Tundra bed is formed from a high-strength sheet-moulded compound for added protection against dents, dings and rust. That is about the bed’s structure; stone chips in the colour on the box sides are a separate matter, and only Full Vehicle puts film there.

For a truck that spends its life on gravel, ask about LLumar’s Platinum Extra, the thickest film in its range; LLumar lists gravel roads, track racing and harsh weather as what it’s built for. It sits outside the four menu packages and is quoted on request. The off-road protection page covers the trail side of it.

Can a Tundra wear matte paint protection film?

Yes. The matte version of LLumar Platinum gives gloss paint a satin finish and protects exactly as the gloss film does. Toyota Canada’s 2026 colour range for the Tundra runs from White, Wind Chill Pearl, Celestial Silver Metallic and Magnetic Grey Metallic to Midnight Black Metallic, Blueprint, Supersonic Red, Lunar Rock and Mudbath, plus Wave Maker, which Toyota announced as exclusive to the 2026 TRD Pro. For 2027 the TRD Pro adds a colour called Honeycomb.

Matte on a front package alone gives a satin nose with a gloss cab and box behind it, so a one-finish satin truck means Full Vehicle. Seeing a sample against your paint before deciding is the sensible step, and the matte PPF page explains how the finish behaves.

How do you book PPF for a Tundra in Langley?

Send the year, cab, bed length and grade, and list anything that changes the front end: Nightshade, TRD Off Road, TRD Pro, towing mirrors or an aftermarket bumper. Name the package and gloss or matte. The Tundra PPF quote form takes all of it, or text it to 604 534 6433.

Partial Front normally takes the truck off the road for a single day; for the Track Package or Full Front, count on one or two; Full Vehicle runs three to five. Once it’s home, leave it unwashed for seven days, then stick with hand washing or touchless bays and don’t aim a pressure nozzle at the edges of the film. General truck advice sits on the pickup truck PPF page.

Questions about toyota Tundra PPF

01Does PPF go on the Tundra's chrome grille?

The packages cover painted panels and headlights rather than the grille itself. If you would rather lose the chrome than protect it, a vinyl chrome delete is quoted separately.

02Are Toyota's towing mirrors part of a Tundra PPF package?

Side mirrors are in every package. The power extendable towing mirrors on some Tundra packages are larger housings, so mention them and the price is set from your truck.

03How long is a Tundra off the road for Full Front PPF?

Plan on one to two days. If the paint needs correcting first, that's extra time, and you'll hear about it when the truck is quoted.

04Is the Limited Nightshade's black trim covered by film?

Toyota lists the Nightshade's grille, overfenders and rear bumper as moulded-in-colour black, which is plastic rather than paint. The packages protect painted surfaces, so ask if you want those pieces included.
