What does a Civic wrap cost, and what can you wrap?
Every Civic wrap is quoted per car; the shop doesn’t publish wrap prices. What moves the number is how much of the car changes, whether the door jambs are included, and the condition of the paint underneath.
| Civic job | What it covers | Time in the shop |
|---|---|---|
| Full colour change | Every painted exterior panel, door jambs on request | 3 to 5 days |
| Roof | The roof panel, trimmed around the moonroof where fitted | Same day to 2 days |
| Hood or mirror caps | One panel or both mirror housings | Same day to 2 days |
| Remaining bright trim | Blacked out as a chrome delete | Quoted per car |
Both film makers the shop uses, 3M and Avery Dennison, make cast vinyl, and the paint is checked before any of it goes on. Cast film releases cleanly from sound factory paint, but a panel that has been resprayed can come away with it.
Which Civic trims already have black trim?
The Sport trims. Honda’s 2025 Civic announcement says “All Sport trims continue to feature dark trim and black 18-inch wheels”, while the new hybrid trims get “a distinct body colored headlamp garnish and front lower spoiler”. The mirror colour is set by trim, according to Honda Canada’s 2026 sedan spec sheet: body-coloured on the LX, black on the Sport, Sport Hybrid and Sport Touring Hybrid.
That shapes what a partial wrap is for. On an LX, black vinyl on the mirror caps and roof can echo the Sport’s contrast without changing trims. On a Sport, the black pieces are already there, so the choices start with the body colour or the roof.
How does the Civic’s body shape affect a colour change?
Vinyl has to follow every crease, and the current Civic has a long one. In the 11th-generation launch release, Honda describes “a sharp shoulder character line” that “carves a gentle arc from the front fender to the taillights”, over a low, horizontal beltline. The film is laid and finished along that line on each door and quarter panel, which is part of why a full colour change takes days rather than hours.
The roof differs by trim. Honda Canada fits a one-touch power moonroof to the Sport, Sport Hybrid and Sport Touring Hybrid sedans, so roof vinyl on those cars is trimmed around the glass; the LX roof is a single painted panel. The hatchback and sedan also end differently, one with a liftgate and one with a trunk lid, so tell the shop which you have. The roof wrap page covers single-panel jobs.
Which colours can a Civic be wrapped in?
Any colour or finish the 3M and Avery Dennison ranges offer, which is the point: Honda’s own palette is short. Honda Canada lists the 2026 Civic Sedan in Platinum White Pearl, Crystal Black Pearl, Rallye Red, Solar Silver Metallic, Urban Grey Pearl and Blue Lagoon, and the Civic Hatchback in Boost Blue, Meteoroid Grey Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, Crystal Black Pearl and Rallye Red. None is satin or matte.
Ask for samples held against the car in daylight. The 3M 2080 and Avery Dennison SW900 pages describe the two film lines. The only colour change in the shop’s photo library is Avery Matte Metallic Gunmetal on a Mercedes GLS.
How long is the vinyl warranted on a Civic’s hood and roof?
Five years from the manufacturer is the term the shop publishes for its vinyl, and the film maker’s own card sets the detail. 3M’s zone matrix puts Canada in its Zone 2, where the 3M wrap warranty card warrants 2080 for 7 years on upright panels but only 2 on flat, sun-facing ones. On a Civic, the long hood, the roof and the trunk lid are the horizontal panels. Avery Dennison’s zone for BC isn’t confirmed, so ask which terms apply to the film you pick.
How do you book a Civic wrap in Langley?
For a quote, list the model year, body style, trim and present colour, the film and colour code you’re after, whether the door jambs should change too, and any panel you know has been resprayed.
A whole-car change keeps the Civic in the shop for three to five days. If the colour change matters for insurance, read whether to tell ICBC about a wrap. Start with the Civic wrap quote form or text 604 534 6433.
